03 — Cloth
Every fabric is picked by hand feel before anything else. If it does not hang correctly off the shoulder on the first drape, it does not enter the line.
04 — Cut
Patterns are corrected on a moving body, not a mannequin. Sleeves are set forward, armholes cut high, so the garment follows instead of fighting.
05 — Finish
Bar tacks at every stress point, French seams inside, buttons sewn with a shank. It should look better in three winters than it does today.
